A preliminary review into allegations of dodgy business dealings by the man behind Australia's biggest Aboriginal development in Sydney's south has concluded Jack Johnson has no case to answer. The Herald revealed last week that the chief executive of the Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council, developing the $1 billion ''Heathcote Ridge'' residential project at Menai, had been stood down on full pay while the allegations were investigated. After just one week, Mr Johnson was yesterday reinstated to his position. In a statement, the land council chairwoman, Cindy Cronan, said the board would await the final report and recommendations, but the initial finding that Mr Johnson should resume work was ''compelling''....
